As one of the directors of One A, Andy has worked as a planning specialist in the redevelopment and regeneration of Coventry, Nottingham and Tower Hamlets (London Docklands). He was head of the planning, economic development, property and regeneration service of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham for 15 years, during which time he was the chair of the Chief Planning Officers of Thames Gateway region.
Andy has been the CEO of 3 major, government backed regeneration projects-Lewisham Challenge Partnership (SRB and New Deal for Communities), London Riverside (Thames Gateway SRB) and Northamptonshire Partnership (East Midlands Development Agency).
Until 2008, he was an advisor to Bellway Homes City Solutions, focussing on brownfield land and area regeneration housing projects.
Currently, in addition to the work of One A, Andy works in an advisory capacity as a Fellow of the University of Northampton on planning matters.
