One A planning has current experience of producing neighbourhood plans. Introduced in the Localism Act 2012, Neighbourhood Plans are favoured by many local communities, who wish to set the development agenda in their localities.

 

Working with the University of Northampton, we are undertaking the role of independent chair of the neighbourhood forum and giving planning advice in an inner area of Northampton. We are able to help other Parish Councils and Neighbourhood Forums who wish to create a Neighbourhood Plan.
